Common questions
What documents do I need?
A passport and a driving licence. Their details go into the contract when you get the car.
What is the minimum age?
The driver must be at least 21 with 2 years of driving experience.
Is prepayment needed?
Not for rentals in Tbilisi: the manager confirms the booking. Delivery to Batumi, Kutaisi and other cities is prepaid.
How much is the deposit?
It depends on the car and is shown on its page. You pay it at pick-up and get it back when the car is returned in the same condition.
Is insurance included?
Yes, the cars are insured. What the insurance covers is on the car page and in the contract. In case of an accident, see what to do after an accident.
Can you bring the car to the airport?
Can I drive outside Georgia?
No. Under the contract the car may only be driven in Georgia; Abkhazia and South Ossetia are not allowed.
Can I cancel a booking?
A booking without prepayment can be cancelled for free — just let us know. The manager explains the refund terms for prepaid delivery to another city.
Do I need an international driving permit?
