Parking in Tbilisi

Central Tbilisi has paid parking, and it is enforced. A few rules will save you from fines.

Paid zones

• Spaces are marked and signposted. Pay in the city parking app or at a terminal.
• Without payment you may be fined, and a car left where parking is not allowed may be towed.
• Rules and prices change from time to time — follow the signs on the spot.

Where to leave the car

• Big shopping centres and hotels usually have their own parking.
• The Old Town has narrow streets and few spaces. It is easier to park nearby and walk.

Who pays

Parking and fines during the rental are the renter's, as the contract says. Keep your receipts and payment screenshots.
