Rental terms

Who can rent

• The driver must be at least 21 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• You need a passport and a driving licence. Their details go into the contract at the handover.
• Only the driver named in the contract may drive the car.

Booking

• Book on the website, in WhatsApp, Telegram or by phone. No prepayment is needed for rentals in Tbilisi.
• A booking is valid once a manager confirms it. We answer from 08:00 to 24:00.
• Before booking on the website you can read the rental contract — the same one you sign when you pick up the car.

Price and deposit

• The daily price depends on the rental length: the longer the rental, the lower the daily price. The total is shown as soon as you pick the dates.
• A deposit is paid at the handover. Its amount is shown on the car page. It is returned when the car comes back in the same condition.
• The deposit may cover: extra kilometres over the limit, missing fuel, fines and damage not covered by insurance.

Delivery

• Pick the car up in Tbilisi or have it delivered to your address.
• Delivery to Batumi and Kutaisi requires prepayment.

Using the car

• The car may be driven only within Georgia.
• Return the car with the same fuel level as at the handover.
• The mileage limit, if any, is shown on the car page and in the contract.
• A late return is charged per hour as set in the contract. You can extend the rental if you tell us in advance.

Insurance and accidents

• The cars are insured. Insurance details are on the car page and in the contract.
• In case of an accident or breakdown, call us right away and stay at the scene until the police arrive.

Cancellation

• A booking without prepayment can be cancelled free of charge — just let us know.
• Refund terms for a delivery prepayment to another city are agreed with the manager when booking.
